Modifying Your Reservation
Please note that a change in the length or dates of your reservation may result in a rate change or additional fees.
Cancelling Your Reservation
You are guaranteed for late arrival; however, if you find it necessary to cancel or change your travel plans, please inform us 10 days prior to your arrival to avoid one night room and tax charge to your credit card. *Some exceptions do apply as follows. Certain specials, promotions, and discounted rates are non-cancellable as noted in the description of the special or promotion. Notification of cancellation at least 30 days prior to arrival is required for Fantasy Fest, Christmas and New Year's.
The first night room and tax is required for all confirmed bookings. Advance purchase rates, last minute rates, and other promotional rates require all room night and tax as a deposit in order to guarantee the reservation. Reservations with full room and tax deposit are non-refundable and modifications of these reservations might result in additional fees or forfeiture of deposit. We accept Visa, MasterCard, American Express, and Discover cards.
Please note that The Marker Resort is a non-smoking property.
The Marker welcomes furry friends! There is a $75 pet fee (plus tax) per pet, per night. Please note - we can currently only accommodate two pets per room with a maximum weight limit of 20 pounds per pet.
Guests must be at least 21 years of age to check in at The Marker Resort. All other guests must be accompanied by a responsible adult.
Special Request Policy
If you had provided us with special requests, they have been noted on your reservation. These requests are very important to us and we will do our very best to fulfill them. Please note that your special requests(including room location, early check in, etc.) will be honored as long as space allows.
Payment Policy at Check In
On the day of arrival a credit card along with valid photo identification of the cardholder must be presented upon checking in. The name on the credit card provided must match the name of the registered hotel guest. At the time of check-in, the hotel will pre-authorize your credit card to ensure sufficient funds are available to cover the charges for your entire stay. In addition, up to 15% of your total stay will be included in the pre-authorized amount to cover incidental charges. A balance exceeding 7 days or $2500.00 will be settled to the credit card on file. Valid forms of payment include: Credit Card, Debit Card, Cash and Travelers Checks. Please be advised that personal checks are not an acceptable form of payment.
Debit Card Policy
Please note, if a debit card is used to either guarantee your reservation or used as the final method of payment, the authorized funds per the above, will be held until after you checkout. Authorized amounts may take up to 30 days after departure to be released by your bank or financial institution and the hotel will not be responsible for any resulting fees or charges.
Check In/Check Out
Check in time is 4PM EST and departure time is 11AM EST.
A daily resort fee of $45 plus tax is due upon arrival and includes, a Welcome Drink, Complimentary wifi, Covid-19 safety kits, Hand sanitation stations, "Conch"cierge services, Intro to scuba classes Tuesdays, Wednesdays and Thursdays (11:15am -12pm), Access to beach and spa at our sister property, Southernmost Beach Resort, Pool Programming, Luxury handmade bath bomb, Key West aloe products, 24 HR business center, 24 HR state of the art fitness center with Peloton cycles and Hydro Rowing Machine, Keurig coffee & tea stations in guest rooms, Free 1-800 & local calls, Pool towels, loungers & umbrellas and the most convenient location to all the watersport activities and best restaurants in Key West.
Onsite covered parking is available for a fee of $35/night plus tax. Only one vehicle will be allowed to park on property per guest room reservation.
