Paddle Board Yoga

SUPing is a great way to improve balance, gain core strength, and connect with nature. Toss in a few OMs, some breathing, and you have stand-up paddle board yoga, and what better place to do it than beautiful Key West!
Our friends at Lazy Dog Adventures welcome all levels to experience Paddle Board Yoga. Practicing yoga on a SUP brings a whole new perspective to being fully present in the moment. Asanas (yoga postures) create a new challenge while floating, requiring full awareness, acceptance of mother nature’s mood, and of course, a sense of humor!

Yoga Class in the Pool, Yes You Can!
Guests of The Marker Key West Harbor Resort will have the opportunity to awaken with Aqua Yoga on Saturday mornings from 9 am - 10 am. This special yoga class, taught in a heated pool, uses the medium of water, which decreases pressure in joints while increasing buoyancy in the body. All levels welcome. Stay cool, have fun, and experience all the benefits of a yoga class in the pool!

Yoga on the Beach at Fort Zachary Taylor
One of our favorite things to do is attend a Yoga on the Beach class at one of our favorite Key West locations, Fort Zachary Taylor Beach!
This yoga experience is exceptional - the smell of the sea air, the sound of the waves hitting the beach, the view of the ocean stretching for miles. It will enlighten all your senses—a great way to wake up and greet the day in Key West. The teachers are gentle, encouraging and enthusiastic.
